Consumer Internet Banking is free, Bill Payment is $6.95 per month and $0.35 per ACH External Transfers. Realtime information

Your deposits and withdrawals (not including ATM transactions, which experience a delay) appear on your screen at virtually the same moment they are posted, providing you with the most up-to-date information on your accounts.

Stop payments

No need to call or visit the bank. Now, with just a few keystrokes,you can enter stop payment requests for a single check or a range of check numbers.

Future and repeating transfers

You can schedule a one-time transfer between Eagle Bank accounts, or schedule transfers to automatically occur on a regular basis. It’s a great time-saver, easy to set up, and a great way to make sure transfers are made on schedule.

Enroll in online bill payment

Have you experienced the convenience of paying bills online? Now, signing up is as easy as signing on.

Bill payment custom reporting

Another great benefit of the bill payment feature is the ability to create custom reports — making it easy to see who you paid and when.

Pay bills from more than one account

Now you can pay bills from more than one account [even from your money market account]. Great for paying bills such as your quarterly insurance premium.

Bill payment paper check or electronic payment indicator

You will know if the payment will be made electronically or by paper check — a great help in managing your cash and paying your bills on time.

Account alerts

Want to know when a certain check clears [or when your balance reaches a pre-set amount] [or when your Certificate of Deposit matures]? You can set up to seven different alerts that trigger an automatic e-mail message to you. Another great tool for managing your cash.

Choose a new user ID and password

Once you’re online, you can change your user ID and your password.

Getting Around

Accounts Tab

  • Summary - Select to view realtime and available balances for each of your accounts.
  • Account Preferences - Select to change the name of your accounts, to choose which accounts to display on the summary page and their order. Identify the account from which you want to pay bills.
  • Stop Payment Request - Initiate a stop payment on a single check or on a range of checks
  • Open a New Account

    Bill Payments

    Selecting "Bill Payments" will take you to a newly updated screen.

    All your bill payment information is available for immediate use within the new online banking service.

    To set up a payee, select "Payee Management" then "Add New Payee." Eagle Bank has compiled an extensive list of payees to choose from. If your payee is not on the list, you can enter it manually by following the on-screen instructions.

    If you are setting up a recurring payment:

    1. From "Bill Payment," click on "Payee Management."
    2. Select the Payee from the list.
    3. Click on the "Make Payment" button.
    4. Enter the amount of the recurring payment and the date of the first payment.
    5. Click on the "Add Recurring Payments" button.
    6. Complete the information for recurring payments.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Will I still be able to see my account information?
    Yes. All account balances will be immediately viewable on the new site. In addition, 40 days of transaction history will be available.

    Is the online check register still available?
    It is no longer available. You can download your the transaction history to an application such as Quicken, Microsoft Money, or Excel in order to maintain an electronic register.

    Business Internet Banking (BIB) now makes managing your business accounts easier than ever.

    Multi-user

    The designated BIB administrator will be able to create and give other users different access to BIB

    Balance reporting with real-time

    Customers will be able to view their account balances in real time with the added feature of a running balances

    Internal transfers with real-time

    Users will be able to transfer between Eagle accounts online in real-time (optional)*

    Stop Payments

    Users can place stop payments online*

    ACH payments

    Users can make ACH payments (optional)*

    Loan Viewing

    Users can veiw loan accounts

    Users can make wire transfers requests to account officers (optional)

    For $6.95 a month, business customers will be able to make unlimited bill payments (optional)

    Client or Bank Officer, can decide to activate the optional features. Basic services for BIB will be free. Bill payment will be $6.95.

    *The system time cut-off is 7:00 p.m. eastern time. Any transaction done after 7:00 p.m. will be done on the next business day. A business day is Monday through Friday except federal holidays.
